We use certified industrial-grade metals. If a client requests a specific alloy or grade, material test certificates (MTC) must be verified before the fabrication phase begins.
Lead times are estimates based on current shop floor capacity. While we strive for 100% on-time delivery, we are not liable for liquidated damages resulting from logistics delays or raw material shortages.
A standard 50% mobilization advance is required. Full payment must be settled upon successful quality inspection at our works prior to dispatch.
All components undergo a 3-tier quality check. Customers are encouraged to perform Pre-Dispatch Inspection (PDI) at our facility to ensure compliance with drawings.
If a component fails to meet the approved tolerance levels, Gopinath Engineering will provide free rework or replacement. Claims must be filed within 7 days of delivery receipt.
For custom-made parts, cancellations are not permitted once the raw material has been cut or processed. For standard service orders, cancellation fees may apply based on work completed.
Our liability is strictly limited to the repair or replacement of the manufactured part and does not cover consequential losses or machine downtime at the client's end.
